Patch 1.1.5 Notes

The Ring app has been updated to make monitoring easier. The new timeline view offers more information on battery life, internet connection, and alerts. Updates to the app also include the ability to share video clips with other people.

The update includes the following changes:

• Home screen

The home screen has been completely redesigned. Now it is possible to see the last recorded event for each of your Ring devices.

• Settings

The Settings menu has been redesigned with tabs for Home Screen, Devices, Notification Settings, Privacy Settings, Motion Alerts, Motion Sensitivity, Motion Zones, Motion Settings, Ring Farsight, Ring IFTTT, Ring Automations, Ring Alarm, Ring Protect, Ring Neighbors.

• Motion Alerts

Now, there is a new “Motion Alerts” tab in the settings menu. It is possible to customize the alerts for each device.

• Motion Settings

There is a new “Motion Settings” tab in the settings menu. It is possible to customize the sensitivity and zones for each device.
